Director – IT Business Partner: Talent Management, Organisation Effectiveness & Learning

You'll architect the enterprise's digital talent and learning agenda, unlocking workforce potential and embedding continuous learning into the business fabric. Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute an AI-enabled HR technology strategy for Talent Management, Learning, and Organisational Effectiveness.
- Shape digital roadmaps in alignment with people strategy and business priorities.
- Drive transformation by deploying next-generation talent and learning platforms across the enterprise.
- Harness data and workforce analytics to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making.
- Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI and automation across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead large-scale organisational change and drive digital adoption for an elevated employee experience.
- Optimise HR technology ecosystems, including HCM and analytics platforms, and ensure seamless integration.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- 12+ years’ experience in digital HR leadership or IT business partnering within large, complex global organisations.
- Demonstrated success in digital HR strategy delivery, AI, automation, and workforce analytics.
- Proven ability to influence and partner at executive level, including HRCOE and business leaders.
- Deep expertise in HCM platforms, employee experience technologies, and workforce data analytics.
- Strong command of data privacy, AI ethics, digital change management, and technology adoption.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing third-party vendors.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience in HR tech leadership roles in large organisations.
- Engagement with external digital transformation, HR tech, or AI communities.
